I am very sorry for your bad experience ,but rooms are fully mosquito screened we had left flowers on the bed and we charge 50cents for our phone calls ,walking to the cruise is 100 metres down the road and the cruise people ask if they can walk because it is next door,she had organised this and then cancelled and rebooked with another cruise who picked her up outside the office. We do not have a storage room for luggage but hold all luggage ,I myself told her to leave luggage in the office after checking out and at the end of the day after touring around we would drop her off to airport. The other people left their bags in the same place and were dropped off a the end of the day Being discriminated against for not being white is totally wrong everyone is treated the same and Lani is not white. This person who did not say a word went to the Pacific Resort which is 5 star and she would get paramount customer service ,but the cost would be more than what her whole stay was here. She was in a budget room for 4 days and was asked everyday how things were going and if she needed anything she said every thing was all ok an never complained about anything and if it was so bad she would have moved
