Bed but breakfast was do it yourself!!!

Way too overpriced for a dated bed and a breakfast that was do it yourself e.g. fruit and yoghurt and bread in the fridge you can make yourself. The cost is on par with 4.5 star apartments and is really 2* at best. Views from room lovely and well situated to walk somewhere close by for breakfast which we did - I wouldn’t expect to pay for breakfast and cook myself. There are many places more reasonably priced in Airlie beach that are not as dated.

Best value for location and stay

Perfect location next to Airlie Beach and lagoon. Easy to walk to both Abell Point Marina(where all the tours leave from) and all of Main Street. Great room with huge bathtub. Absolutely would stay there again

A lovely family accommodation

The apartment is clean and it has a sunrise view in the living room and the master room. The location is very good, close to the centre but without any noise from bars. The host was so nice. We loved the breakfast she prepared for us.

This is a great location on Airlie Beach. Beautiful view of Airlie Bay, close to the Lagoon and a 3 min walk to the main street of town, where all the retail shops and restaurants are located. Karen was a joy, and very helpful directing us to the top restaurants and locations to visit, like Abell Point Marina to view the sunset. The B&B room was very roomy, with a separate bedroom, living/dining area. Very clean and modern bathroom to boot! Outside, there is a nice table to sit at and have your morning Java before starting the day. Also, chaise lounges to use if you need an afternoon nap or to read your book with a gorgeous view. Highly recommend staying there if your travels take you to Airlie Beach.

Nice hotel but not a B&B. Interestingly if you want breakfast it is extra or you do your own thing. Location was great although if you have a car their is no off street parking.

The room was beautifully laid out and the view was magnificent. Directions to facilities was great. Finding power points was an issue - getting onto the floor to find the one power point under the bathroom sink was an issue! other wise wonderful thank you

Amazing place!

Great view, very cozy, has everything you need. Amazing view to wake up to. Great people, so helpful, booked transportation for me, gave me beach towels, and allowed me to keep my things there while i was on a cruise. Incredible graciousness and perfect local hotel. Have only great things to say! Perfect location! walking distance but far enough from the noise of nightlife.

A lovely place to stay.

We (two couples) stayed in the two-bedroom suite for three nights. It was very comfortable and in a great location within easy walking distance of the marinas, restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony is very nice. The breakfast supplies were more than sufficient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it highly.

the big plus about this place is location being 3min flat walk to town. airlie beach is very hilly so this is important. helpful owners a very relaxed stay!!
