"Had a lovely comfortable stay at Magnums on our way to Cairns. The cabin was cosy, clean and very comfortable. Had a really restful night's sleep in the very comfy bed. Reception staff were lovely and a big shout-out to Nicole. I had injured my foot and was struggling to walk. She accompanied me to and helped me get to my cabin. Thank you for your care and kindness Nicole. Made a huge difference. Loved staying here and definitely on the radar to stay for future trips. "

"If you are after clean, quiet and affordable accommodation then this is ideal. It is walking distance to the town (steep hill), but far enough away to remain quiet. It has nice views out to the harbour and a pool to cool off in. Check in/out was simple, communication was good. It may not have the glitz and glamour of the big chins, but it doesn't have the price tag of one either."
