"Padimas provides very nice, comfortable houses for rent at the north end of Langkawi Island. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and get some peace and quiet, as it's away from everything. The flipside of this is that you'll have to drive to get anywhere. In terms of service, they are very helpful about providing anything you need. Make sure to contact the owner and let him know what time you'll arrive."
"Super kind people running the hotel. Basic, clean rooms with comfortable beds and good airco. Beautiful location for watching the sunset. We liked it a lot. We didn't use the pool as we weren't prepared for the pool dresscode, but it was fine. Very relaxed atmosphere and many cats around (which we liked). Would definitely recommend the place."
"Lovely stay at the Bayou. Staff are wonderful, so polite and helpful and pool area is gorgeous. Breakfasts are great, lots of choice and it’s conveniently located for Pantai Chenang and Pantai Tangah. "Very hip and nice breakfast buffet. The WXYZ bar great. The Chef Bob, Sharron and bar staff are amazing. Front desk staff are great and the security, housecleaning and weight staff great. Love pools. Infinity pool, jacuzzi and gym as well. Staff cartridges so convenient and so many suggestions for things to do and go. Launderer very efficient and done well. Highly recommend plus water sports and beach is so wonderful. Langkawi people are great"

My wife felt the spa and dining options were limited. But I just enjoyed it as a place to truly relax and unwind away from the crowds. A very special resort."

"The hotel was clean and contemporary. It was sea facing and situated quite nicely to the best sunset view, fire show, food and shopping. The prices in Langkawi are much more reasonable. The hotel wasn't secluded, and I couldn't have picked a better hotel in langkawi. The hotel extended our check out till 2pm, which meant we could sleep in, rest, and feel more relaxed.
