"We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It felt like a real home away from home — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully looked after. The setting was perfect for relaxing, and everything we needed was right there. What really made the difference, though, was Didier and Tom who were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and that made our holiday extra special. We’d go back in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it enough!"

"This is a very mixed review of Marina Duplex by Hello Homes Sitges. Bottom line - I would not recommend.The location of the unit is good. The views are excellent. The layout is very functional. There is a good deal of train noise. The support from Hello Homes is poor.Here are some additional details. There is a beach very close to the unit. The beach has a nice bar with food available at times. The location is a bit of a walk from the main area of Sitges. It is also a long walk from the train station and from a grocery store. The unit has amazing views. The pool is really nice.The layout is bedrooms on the lower level and main room, kitchen, and patio are on the upper level. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level with the bedrooms. One of the bathrooms is connected to one of the bedrooms (kind of the master).The booking and contact with Hello Homes was good. They arranged for transportation from the hotel to the unit, and back.BUT, we had a problem with one of the showers. No hot water. It took three days and two visits to get this fixed. During this time, we had six people and only one shower. It was incredibly frustrating to get this fixed. The first time someone came we were told that it was fixed. It was not. I had to send a video to prove it. There was no proactivity on Hello Homes' part to get this fixed, and no recognition that we paid for a unit with two bathrooms and yet were only able to use one."
