Apartments in Ahlbeck

"I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room. "

"Hotel was clean and the parking was in a good location. The staff was very friendly, although they were stingy when we asked for ice, and would only give us one extra pillow. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. We would definitely return."

"Best quality/price hotel in the Area. I do like everything there, localisation is great - close to Galaxy for shopping and close to a nice park to have a walk around. Breakfast is very nice, I can order fresh scrumbled eggs with onion that I like, there is a good choice of fresh vegetables and good variety of fresh fruits. Apart of that you may ask for freshly squized juice also. All that makes me happy everytime i go there"

"Worse than Radisson. The bathroom reeked of cigarettes; I had to ask for a room change. The window couldn't be opened, there was no option for fresh scrambled eggs with onions at breakfast, which is a regular menu for me when I travel, and the selection of fruit and fresh vegetables was poor. Overall, the standard was very average to mediocre, but I'd call it a 3-star hotel, maybe 3.5, but certainly not 4."

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Frühstück und schönem Wellnessbereich. Sehr gute Lage- nahe zum Strand und Promenade. Parkgarage mit etwas hohem Gebühr. Die Zimmer mit viel Platz und bequemen Betten. Wenig Auswahl bei Tee auf Zimmer, Kaffeepulver vorhanden, aber keine Milch."

"Great hotel with outdoor pool and a couple of Finnish saunas that are available for all guests (not open 24/7, but ask at reception for opening hours). Breakfast provided a good spread with GF options available."
