Family trip

Only stayed one night on our way to Świnoujście. Nice hotel. Clean good rooms. Great service both in reception and in Restaurant. Really good food. Extra plus for the pool and the spa. Amazing. Surrounding was not so nice.

The property itself was very nice. Pool, sauna, and jacuzzi well maintained and enjoyable. We had a street facing room and the traffic noise was fairly loud. That is my only complaint. I’m sure a room away from the street would be quieter.

Strålende rom og fasiliteter! Trekker litt ned at ungene ikke kunne utfolde seg i bassenget (det meste var ikke lov). Ellers god mat (både frokost og middag, til tross for at Novotel ikke serverer bacon på buffeten sin).

Kun to små dårlige

Sublimt hotel, gode faciliteter, god service, god morgenmad, god lokation. 2x små minusser: Deres p kælder: meget meget smal og mega små p båse OG ret dyr - 130 kr per nat! Det er jo hvad det koster mange andre steder, men stadig dyr og pladsen taget i betragtning. Den anden ting er, en af dagene vi var der, i pollen om eftermiddagen - der kom 8 gange lokale børn med forældre til lokal svømmeundervisning! Mega meget larm og reb hen over pool så vi ikke kunne bruge den, for der skulle de være. Da vi talte med personalet virkede de til at det var helt normalt og at det jo også stod på en tavle bagerst i receptionen (på polsk) at der var svømmeundervisning. Ellers meget fornem betjening og fantastisk værelse - vi havde en 4 personers suite.

Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the AC in the room was not working. After contacting the reception, we were moved to another room and upgraded. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection.

”Executive room” with a tram outside launching at 05:00 in the morning! Totally impossible to sleep. The smell in the room of wet carpet was awful! Breakfast was worse than hostel. But feally friendly staff! And good food in town!

Fint hotel uden mulighed for opladning af elbil

Vi bor altid på Novosol i påsken og har familie og venner med. Det er et dejligt familie hotel med masser af muligheder, da der er pool og træningslokale på hotellet. Dog er der ikke mulighed for opladning af elbil hvilket er et kæmpe minus.

The Novotel in Szczecin was just what we have come to expect with the Novotel brand. The facility is well maintained and comfortable. Amenities are above average. The breakfast was very nice. We will definitely stay again.

Sehr zentrumsnah, man kann gut parken, alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zimmer sind ok, Frühstück geht so.

Good hotel, terrible service

The reception girl made us wait 20 minutes to check in with 2 small children. No excuses, no “sorry”, no nothing. Hopefully our last stay at this hotel.
