"The hotel advertises that it is dog friendly, except not to dogs. When I got there they told me they take dogs under 15 kgs but this was not listed on their website. My dog weighs 20 kgs. "Place was dirty. Mold in bathrooms. Also states 24/7 airport shuttle, which is inaccurate. They will not pick you up per, per the staff related to local policy, and they will only arrange shuttle to the airport, if available. Very disappointing."
