This is first time after Covid our church group came together for vacation. We had great time together. Both indoor and outdoor has excellent facilities to connect and spend time together. Game room was perfect place to play many team games like Pictionary, Taboo etc apart from board games listed by Host Ann. Upstate was perfect place for our worship time. We enjoyed lot of outdoor time in backyard camping, campfire, marshmallows, spa. We had lots of fun using outdoor space for playing volleyball.Host Ann was very accommodating to provide cover to use for the spa for additional safety with kids when not in use. She is very responsive for all the questions we have right from provisional booking on Vrbo, while using facilities and during checkout. I surely recommend this vacation home for any group/families looking to spend time together!Thank you Host Ann!

Our group really enjoyed this house, especially the hot tub, which is plenty big enough for 6-8 people. The sun shade situation in the back, where the hot tub is located, is a bit sloppy (tattered tarps, slumped over supports); there's was one pop-up canopy that was in decent shape. You'll discover the third bathroom hidden behind a sliding door just off of the regular bathroom on the ground floor.One of the bunk bedrooms appears to be a converted walk-in closet. Pay close attention to the descriptions of the beds. There are 7 actual beds, ranging from twin to king and the rest of the "beds" are narrow, folding "floor beds"- thick and in good shape from what I could tell ( I didn't use one), but there isn't much extra space in the bedrooms for putting these out, so you may end up on the floor in the common room if you don't want to be wedged between a regular bed and the wall.The kitchen was well stocked and the a/c worked great.Good wi-fi, lots of parking space with a single carport as well.We were a group of 9 motorcyclists and we'd definitely stay here again!
