"We had a lovely stay at Tajview Agra. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted so warmly and made to feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a king room with a view of the Taj Mahal — which was truly appreciated and made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel overall is clean, classy, and beautifully maintained. After a long day visiting the Taj Mahal and touring Agra city, the relaxing poolside area was the perfect place to unwind. "Great heritage hotel !!! We do not get service like this in the USA!!!! From the time we arrived the staff was engaging, attentive and knowledgeable. So many little things made out stay memorable. Our room was like a suite, clean and welcoming. From the afternoon tea to the nightly entertainment. The front desk staff were very professional, friendly and outgoing. They started our stay out right by telling us about the property and all it had to offer . We did use the spa services and they were fantastic. The breakfast staff were excellent as well , they made us feel like royalty every time we ate in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were very diligent in making sure we understood all the different selections they had to offer , and it was great to have them explain what the different foods were and make suggestions on what they felt was good. Thank you for being very patient with us Americans. And finally the location of the property is great !!! It is close enough to everything, yet not in the ruckus of the hotel zone. Had a great courtyard and a very nice pool. We highly recommend this property to everyone traveling from the USA, reasonably priced with service that goes above and beyond. "
