Check in was extremely slow and so was check out - the staff kept getting distracted and didn’t process our requests efficiently. Other than that the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and attentive and remembered us for breakfast. The pool was good and the loungers over the pool were great. "

"Staff are polite and mean well but - rooms were not cleaned well - despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily - in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage. "

"Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "
