Summary:
Casa Marinho - set on a private 4 acres, as you wind down your driveway to arrive to a lovely holiday home with open plan kitchen dining and living rooms leading out onto the decking.
Room for 2 families with outdoors to explore.

The Space:
4 Bdrms, King bed in Master with aircon, large walk through robe to your En-suite, 2nd room has a single bed with pull out trundle. Bedroom 3 and 4 have Queen beds in each room.
Open plan airconditioned living with a large lounge suite to rest and relax on. WiFi throughout, Smart TV to tune into your own channels. Large BBQ and an outdoor fire pit, you just need to go find your wood !
Large main bathroom with bath and separate shower. Laundry with washer and dryer.
Plenty of room for the boat and a single lock up garage at the top of the property if required. Large tank, however we would ask that you limit your shower time and laundering.
Get out to nature and enjoy this beautiful home and have birds singing all around you. There are many kangaroos coming by.

As the property is not fenced, well behaved pets are allowed on enquiry

Guest Access:
Less than 10 minute drive to Agnes Water township and beach. The whole property is yours to utilise. No Camping is allowed, extra fees and charges can apply.

The Neighborhood:
The perfect place for outdoor fires in winter to toast the marshmallows, have a Beverage and discuss the days activities.
Great for extended families to holiday together or groups of friends with holiday memories to grow with.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this property has a dam and there is no fencing, please watch your children at all times.
The property is on tank water, please use water wisely.

Great Holiday House!

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was really nice to have a lot of space and the whole process was faultless. Great amenities. Loved the dam. Definitely would like to come back in the future.

Fantastic Space

The property has so many usable spaces for any activities, we were able to set up volley ball net outside for every afternoon hit and kids would ride bikes exploring the property. we also love the open plan living inside the house there was ample space for everyone and our visiters from another accommodation! Chrissy is so easy to speak to and responsive to all our questions. We loved our time at the house!

Good size property. Safe and secluded. 7 min drive to shops in Agnes Water and 15min drive to 1770 Reef marina. Roads into Agnes Water are really smooth and wide. Great location for Lady Musgrave snorkeling tours

What a wonderful stay at this property, great location if you want to have space and quiet and switch off for awhile and stare out the window and watch the wildlife go by. House has plenty of room and very clean through-out with everthing provided for a family or just a couple. Highly reccommend anyone thinking of staying here. Definately be coming back again.

Piece of paradise

Lovely bush setting , house is perfect and very modern with large front and rear patios. Lack of patio furniture except for stools was the only negative. Great off leash walks close by behind the sports ground for dogs. My dogs loved this property.

Lovely week

Beautiful house and area. We had a fantastic week. It is a beautiful place. We went to the beach (or 2 or 3 beaches) everyday, fishing, paddle boarding, swimming. Spotting wildlife, kangaroos, turtles, sharks, rays, birds. It was a very relaxing week. The house was clean and comfortable. Books and games available. Beds were comfy. The rooms spacious and with good closet space. The kitchen was missing some basics such as salt, pepper, oil, baking/cooking trays, tin foil and glad wrap. We also only got 2 toilet rolls (1 in each bathroom) and 1 dishwasher tablet to last us all a week. Premier host so I was expecting these items to be included. Had I known I would have brought these items from home rather than paying IGA prices, so please consider bringing extra with you. We did love the house and Agnes Water and plan to return.

New, quiet, big - we had a great time!

The property manager was flexible and helpful with a mistake I made in our booking - really appreciated. The house is big and very well appointed. We had a restful time, enjoying the nature around the property. Thank you!
