"While the place was clean and tidy and comfortable it was more a tiny space rather than a tiny home. A good tiny home utlises the space well. We felt that there were elements of the space that could be improved. For instance, and most particularly we did not like the outdoor table that was used as the inside table, it did not fit well into the space. Shelves on walls would be useful. "Room was no maintained. Heavy mold on the Ceiling. Mold on the window blinds. Rug in living area was damp. There was a musty smell when we opened the door on arrival. No staff on site. We did not feel comfortable given the hygiene. We decided to leave after about 45 minutes and did not stay the night. worst place we have ever booked. "

"We came up to Agnes Water for the September school holidays and we were not disappointed we had great accommodation a five minute walk to the shops and another five to main beach. A five minute drive up to Seventeen Seventy where you can swim paddle board and go fishing. Thank you so much for our stay looking forward to coming back soon"
