"The property wasn't very clean, when we arrived the bedroom floors were dirty and full of hair, the shower screens and mirrors in both bathrooms were hadn't been cleaned in sometime, they were full of limescale, dust and smears on mirrors and lights, toilets were stained brown. no cleaning done for whole time we were at the property which was 12 nights. Towels and bedding changed once during the stay I had to wash the towels myself as only one bath towel per person left. Minimal kitchen utensils provided. No welcome pack, no cleaning or washing up cloths left. The pool had debris from the surrounding foliage but no net to scoop out, no plastic glasses to use around the pool area, we had to use our beach towels on the sunbeds as no outdoor towels provided and rules state not use the bathroom towels outdoors. The villa could be a lovely place to stay if the standard of cleanliness wasnt so poor and a little thought given to a welcome pack to help out when arriving on later flights. "

"Lovely villa, well appointed and easy walking distance to a few beaches. Very clean and essy check in process. We really enjoyed staying here though our stay would have got off to a much better start had we fully understood that self catering means zero consumables are provided (incl toielt paper, soap/shower gel, dishwashing materials et). Linen and a dishwashing towel provided along with broom dustpan and mop and bucket. Communication was excellent until we had an issue. Invariably concerns or requests were forwarded to a customer care department so I am somewhat confused about what the 'host''s' role is."

"The setting of the villa is stunning! The views are incredible and it is very quiet and private. Unfortunately the interior of villa does not match the setting. We have rented villas and apartments in Europe for the last 30 years and this one is without doubt the worst equipped in all that time. The start of the holiday was difficult. Due to a 2 hour flight delay we arrived at the villa at 10pm. There were no supermarkets open that we knew of and there was nothing in the villa to eat or drink. We have never rented a property that didnt provide a welcome pack. When we arrived at the property the little road leading up to the villa was so steep our little VW Polo rental car couldnt make i up the last stretch. Anybody with mobility issues would find great difficulty accessing the villa.Inside the villa is small. The kitchen was so badly equipped that anyone would struggle to make any meal. There were2 breakfast dishes, two side plates. The biggest glass held less than half a pint. There was one electrical socket for a Microwave, kettle, sandwich maker and coffee maker. There was a notice by the pool saying don't have glasses close to the pool. There are no plastic glasses provided. We had to buy our own! On the same notice you are advised to shower before using the pool. There is no outside shower! The two bedrooms are tiny. There was a wardrobe in each. One had 4 coat hangers while the other had 3. One shelf in each. Totally inadequate! Very overpriced villa! Very poor quality!"

"Good value, but a few quirks to considerThe villa has a beautiful view (partially obstructed by power lines), strong A/C at night, and a helpful property manager. However, basic essentials like garbage bags and laundry detergent weren’t provided, and the power shuts off when you leave, making it hard to keep the house cool or run the washing machine while out. Some areas, like the pool and master shower, needed better cleaning. Beds were very firm, and the sofa cushions kept sliding out. Parking is tight. Overall, a decent stay for the price with room for improvement."
