"This hotel was so lovely and the service was excellent! From the comfortable free shuttle service to the helpful reception staff the service was excellent. The view from the room was spectacular and I enjoyed the sound of live music playing from the beach bar opposite. It wasn’t too loud and you couldn’t hear it when balcony door was closed. The entire place had a lovely vibe. "

"Great hotel for the price"

"Gorgeous property. We received an upgrade and had 2 joining rooms with 2 bathrooms connected with by an interior 'hallway'. The balcony overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean as well. The night we stayed we were able to enjoy their Oriental celebration from our balcony. Our room was not ready at checkin but we were able to enjoy the property anyways. There is a bar at the pool and restaurant on site both were very affordable. Towels are available at the bar. The lobby is spacious with lots of room. The luggage storage is their conference room and does not provide real security. Very clean and given European standards the rooms were very spacious. There is a mini market .2 miles down the road for basic essentials and drinks/snacks. There are also 2 restaurants .3 miles (other direction). "

"All staff were exceptional. Pool was clean and beautiful, and staff were attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning situation wasn’t comprehensive. We checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, and had no issues doing so. The man at the front desk was a standout - such a sweet soul. Bathrooms were also a great size compared to what we’ve seen in Europe thus far."

"Lovely hotel, warm friendly staff, excellent breakfast, room very nice, great pool and deck, walkable to several restaurants and shopping. No usb ports in room and bed a bit hard for my liking. "

"Very surprising!!! We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this! Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives! Simply 10 out of 10! It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"
