La Villa del Valle

We’d like to share our home with you—“La Villa del Valle.” It features many cosy nooks designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay. You’ll enjoy the decor, design, PRIVATE POOL, sun deck, and amenities; all surrounded by fantastic views where nature takes centre stage, accompanied by spectacular weather. We hope you’ll love it!<br>The space<br>If you decide to come, you’ll be in direct contact with nature. You’ll have views of the island’s most beautiful valley: the Tamadaba Natural Park.<br><br>During the summer, the sun shines for 10 hours on our sun deck. You can also cool off in our private, heated pool; the pool area is fenced off to ensure that children cannot access it without supervision. Outside, we have a barbecue area with a bioclimatic pergola so you can enjoy lunch with the best views in the shade of Tamadaba or dine under the stars while taking in the surroundings. We also have a perfect spot for reading outdoors or simply unwinding from the daily hustle and bustle. And, with renewable energy in mind, our home is equipped with solar panels.<br><br>Inside the house, we offer all the comforts of a modern home: air conditioning, heating, and high-speed internet. On the upper floor, you’ll find a bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with a small table perfect for breakfast or coffee, overlooking the stunning valley and a coffee plantation. It also features a desk in case you need to work remotely. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen with a pantry equipped with small appliances and a lovely coffee corner, a bathroom, and a living-dining room with access to the pool. In the basement, you’ll find a charming laundry room and a space designed for exercise (elliptical trainer, treadmill, yoga mats, among other items). It’s rarely needed at any time of year, nor for most guests; furthermore, it incurs significant energy costs if used during hours when the sun isn’t shining, since our house has solar panels. If you’d like to use it:<br><br>Pool Heating (approx. 24°C)<br><br>- €20 for operation on the first day.<br><br>- €15 for each subsequent day to maintain the temperature.<br><br>You can request this service before your arrival or at any time during your stay.<br><br>We always recommend requesting this service one day before your arrival so that the temperature is warm when you arrive<br>Other highlights<br>If you decide to come and enjoy this place, you’ll be in direct contact with nature, with views of the island’s most beautiful valley—the only place in Europe where coffee is grown— and overlooking the “Tamadaba Natural Park,” designated by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve.
