Good but surely to improve

The apartment is nice and in a wonderful location. The building and so the apartments are renew and maye for this some important things are missing. Absolutely the cleaning-staff to change.

Chek-in horrible, nula señalización del lugar

Tienen una web para hacer el chek-in que no funciona en PC, cuando consigo abrirla en el móvil hay apartados en cuyo listado a elegir que no existen, como por ejemplo "Lugar de procedencia" no aparece España ni Spain y tuve que elegir "Etiopía" para continuar y, tras eso, el botón para finalizar no funcionaba. Cuando comuniqué mi dificultad para hacerlo hicieron oídos sordos y volvían a repetirme que debía hacer el chek-in. Un vez llegamos al lugar no me dejaban entrar si no lo hacía y hubo que efectuarlo de la forma más impersonal posible a través de una cámara que tenían en el portal, con el equipaje en la puerta, con una persona que casi no entendía lo que decía, a la que tenía que repetir todo una y otra vez y estaba en remoto. Tras mi enfado envié los datos por Whatssap y ya fue posible. El lugar no tiene identificación alguna en la puerta, tras preguntar por el nombre de los apartamentos, "Agaete Shine Suites", nadie en los alrededores sabía dónde era, casi tuvimos que adivinar por descarte dónde estaba el lugar, lo que nos tuvo dando vueltas por la zona una hora, que por cierto era cuesta arriba y cuesta abajo. El interior bien, salvo por la cámara que tienen en la puerta por fuera, (no dentro del apartamento) que te mantiene vigilado y da muy mala senación.

Buen apartamento, buenas instalaciones

La única pega que tiene es la falta de accesibilidad, al no poder sortear escaleras, ni en la entrada, ni en el acceso al apartamento. He estado ya dos veces, y es la única falta que veo. Mientras no tenga problemas de movilidad, seguramente repita una vez más. La relación calidad precio me parece satisfactoria. Y la comunicación por wasap o móvil, siempre han dado respuesta y solución.

NO REPETIREMOS NUNCA, PENA QUE TUVE QUE PONERLES UNA DENUNCIA, Y GASTAR 2 DÍAS DE MIS VACACIONES. Todo sucio, insectos muertos, y vivos, como salamandras, arañas, moscas y mosquitos, ventanas y puertas, que no se podían cerrar, un parking super mal hecho, tanto que ni se puede sacar el coche tal y como lo has metido, grifos de la cocina sueltos, olor a pintura y cerrado, y baño no terminado, porque había una mampara sin poner. No estaba oara alquilarla, ni habitarla. Nos tuvimos que alquilar un hotel aparte porque ahi era imposible estar, nos obligaron a devolver la llave, ni nos hicieron el reembolso de lo pagado ni aún así, y aún teniendo nosotros la llave, la volvieron a alquilar a otras personas (cosa que es ilegal) ahi sigue poniendo que estuvimos 5 noches, MENTIRA, no estuvimos ni 1h. NO REPETIREMOS NUNCA, PENA QUE TUVE QUE PONERLES UNA DENUNCIA, Y GASTAR 2 DÍAS DE MIS VACACIONES.
