"There was an issue with the heat pump when I checked in. It was after the desk had closed, but they were incredibly responsive when I texted. We were able to reset it and I was warm and cosy in no time. The rooms are suites with a small kitchen, sitting-tv area, desk, luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. Love the Scandinavian style. I would stay there again. It was a lovely stay. "
