"It was a good place to stay not perfect but just good"

"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything. "Very guest friendly staff. Always smiling and doing their best to give a good service. The hotel has a pebble beach, which is not very handy when you are with children. Furthermore, we were not very happy with the diner buffet. However, the ala cart dining option (Italian) was good. The weather is very nice (not to hot in the summer) and the sea is very clean. "
