"The staff were extremely friendly! Room was clean however our sink has some hair in the bowl upon arrival seems like it wasn’t cleaned prior. Outdoor pool is not HEATED so keep in mind if planning a late night swim! Bar area near the pool was under maintenance there was no bar available on the property extremely upsetting. Breakfast wasn’t the best thing ever. Bush gardens and Yingling brewery is walkable distance which is a plus if planning to attend :) will not be staying here again! "

"The carpet was gross in my room. Stained. Hole in the wall that had a covering over it that fell off. The room smelled gross. The tub was stained and gross so I showered in my flip flops. Pool was underwhelming. They do provide a shuttle to Busch Gardens that was very helpful"

"Holes in the bed she’s shower curtain Ragley spiders in the bathroom bathroom it was terrible no telephone service just terrible. I want my money back."

"The hotel is very well located. Just a 5min drive to Busch gardens and about 20min drive to downtown or the outlets and 15 min from tampa international airport. The worst part is the breakfast, they might as well not include it. We did not eat there the menu, DIY waffles, cold boiled eggs (ai opend one and the yolk was blackish, bread and something like OJ..o and ugly looking sausages. My son did not like how anything looked and he can usually eat rocks. On day 2 I had to ask the housekeeper to sweep and mop the floor because it was filthy and I even killed a small roach. I guess you get what you pay for but I hoped for something a bit better considering this is a Wyndam hotel."

"The rooms are very dated. And the shower items (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) were out. The window was so dirty - great view of the park though. It’s not in the best area - so an Uber to the park is necessary. The hotel provides a shuttle though which is awesome. The front desk staff is fantastic and helpful. Didn’t sleep very well because there was a fight happening on the street outside. All in all it’s fine to stay there if you’re going to the park."

"The nice woman that checked us in was amazing, however our room had the ends of two joints that had been smoked (obviously in the room by the smell) sitting on the base of the lamp on the desk. NOW.. question is how do you clean a room and not see them? No hot water to shower with first thing in the morning, the floor in the area by the frig and coffee maker had a large stain of what appeared to be wing sauce on the floor. The floors themselves were sticky and just nasty. We stayed here for one night due to a visit at a near by hospital what was required. I can assure you that won't ever happen again ! Avoid this hotel. "
