"Unfortunately, our experience was poor. The hot tub did not heat up at all. We asked the property manager team to please send someone over to fix the issue from day one but all they kept doing is for us to fix their issue. We wasted a few hrs trying to fix the issue with no results, so we were not able to enjoy what we paid for. The gas grill was unusable due to the fact that has not been cleaned in like six months. I personally spent over an hour cleaning it so we could use it. ( I have pictures) over all the house was just dirty and unmaintained. SAD as the house & property could be great if they spent some time maintaining it. They said they would compensate for the issues we’ve had, but will probably never see anything. "

"4 adults for 2 nights. All of us raved about the comfort of the beds! We're used to rental house mattresses but these were all memory foam or better and we all slept great. House is well outfitted and spacious in a quiet and serene location on the lake. Only negative was the water had a fishy smell from the lake, it was a little off-putting especially in the shower. Otherwise a great stay and weekend, thanks!"
