"We stayed here before a cruise leaving out of Ravenna port. It was very clean, quiet & modern. The staff welcomed us in immediately, when they realized we spoke English - they were able to communicate with us easily. They also went out of there and contacted a taxi to take us to the port. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of things to offer, not just continental. Lots of coffee & drink options, pastries, yogurt bar & eggs/bacon. The area is a short walk (2 min) to the beach, the walk along the beach is nice with a lot of beach clubs to visit. A quick walk around the neighbourhood had a lot of restaurants to choose from - however we did not realize a lot of them close between lunch/dinner or aren’t open at all until 6-7pm. Just something to keep in mind as it’s not our normal in Canada. Overall- great hotel, lovely location & great staff."

"The property was conveniently close to the beach, it was just around a five minute walk. Unfortunately, the room we booked had a two story bed occupying most of the space, you couldn't close the shower door leading to a constant leak on the floor...in the bathroom there was no light (we asked for it to be changed or repaired but nothing) and most importantly, there was no cleaning service and we had to ask to change the washcloths (we were only given one each), as no cleaning meant no changing sheets, cloths... The breakfast buffet was average, but not the cleanest. The staff was not hard to reach but almost always around and not at the reception. Overall, we won't be coming back at this place, but if one only needs it to sleep at a comfortable price it will work."

"Stayed for 5 nights and really liked this hotel. It has a family feel. My room ( Deluxe) was generous in size and fully modernised. All very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful ( had to deal with a train strike affecting my stay) and the buffet available in the restaurant in the evening was just what I wanted with a good range of choices. For me being able to control portion size was a real plus. The hotel is very convenient for shops and the beach."

"This hotel is a great find, it's well priced, great location and it is IMMACULATE, fresh towels everyday, bed made and room cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely return here! You get what you pay for in most places, however this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price point."

"Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!"
