Preso camera executive...assolutamente non da 4 stelle ....piccolissima, valigia aperta sul balcone x mancanza di spazio , AC obsoleta e poco efficiente . Rapporto qualita' prezzo scadente . Buona la colazione , ottimo il ristorante al settimo piano per la location e l atmosfera . Buon livello anche le parti comuni.

Sempre ad un ottimo livello

Esperienza presso questo hotel come al solito positiva. Oltretutto, per un problema interno, ho avuto un upgrade gratuito. Grazie! Purtroppo a questi livelli, le piccole pecche, spuace che ci siano. La televisione in camera non prendeva nessun canale. Fortunatamente, grazie all'upgrade, c'era una seconda televisione, ma spiace vedere che chi fa le camere, non controlla e segnala queste piccole disfunzioni, che se sono tollerate in un hotel di classe inferiore, a questi livelli in cui tutto è effettivamente curato, non dovrebbe soccedere Tutto questo però non va ad inficiare la considerazione per la qualita dell'hotel e del servizio offerto. Un plauso al personale che con il suo calore umano nel ricevere, consigliare e coccolare il cliente, fa la differenza rispetto ad altre strutture

Direkt an der Strandpromenade

Frisch renoviertes Hotel an der Strandpromenade in Riccione. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team, kleine Zimmer, leicht enttäuschende Frühstücksleistung, etwas kompliziert wenn man mit dem Auto dort zu Gast ist. Aber gerne wieder!

C’è molto da migliorare

Hotel come camere e struttura OK. Nessuna agevolazione data dalla prenotazione di hotels da Gold. No VIP benefit. Bottiglia di vino annunciata come omaggio, richiesta dieci volte e alla fine portata al tavolo per la cena e inclusa nel conto pagato! Pessima relationship tra hotels.com e accoglienza albergo! La prossima volta nn prenderò in considerazione vantaggio GOLD MEMBER

Riccione in ottobre fantastica ma non l'hotel

Personale alla reception poco professionale. Ci hanno consigliato una convenzione con il ristorante Cavalluccio marino. Le informazioni date in hotel non coincidevano con il trattamento ricevuto nel ristorante. Peggio di un menù turistico tutto compreso. Il costo del parcheggio veramente esagerato 20 Euro in ottobre!
