My door was hard to shut as I was trying to leave the facility, I reported it to a staff member and they were gonna call maintenance, other than that it seemed fine, some of the csr seemed a bit edgy with certain customers, I would predict it was because lack of help, mayb not enuff training, or just plain out need a break from the job, understandable all jobs are short of staff, and when staff or the same ppl are brought in day in and day out, they get tired and irritated
