You get MORE than what you pay for. I have stayed here 3 times in the last year. My son is a freshman at Adrian College. I’ve stayed in a few hotels and VRBOs This is the best deal in town. Very very very clean. Seriously it is a “cheaper” hotel and I’ve stayed in some expensive places but I’ve never been in a cleaner room. Meticulous…And I’ve been in 3 of rheir rooms. Front desk staff is ridiculously friendly and happy to help. It’s almost like a family business. They have a fish bowl on the counter when you check in. Easy parking, safe quiet area. Anything you need. The bathrooms have newer sinks and tubs and fixtures. Furniture in the bedroom is older and dated but in good condition. The beds however have new mattresses and are firm and comfortable. TVs are newer and nice. All channels including big ten network, SEC . network… anything you want. Nothing fancy but nothing to be disappointed about. Great staff!! Great people.

I would stay again, the only problem i had was breakfast was until 9 and at 830 the breakfast bar was completely empty, not a piece of bread in site and no one was at front desk to ask for something.

The stay was great. A much needed time away from being homeless and needing a shower. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Even our pups loved the stay.

Pre Christmas get away
It was a pleasant get away from our current situation. Everyone was friendly and my pups loved laying with us cuddled in bed watching Christmas movies.

Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Non-Smoking room had no trace of any odors! Very pleased. It is not a fancy hotel, but I am tired of "not fancy" meaning dirty, dangerous, rude etc. This place was fabulous. The staff had all kinds of fall decorations in the lobby. And a little fish bowl with a fish. The staff was very very attentive to the bell on the counter. You can tell they take pride in their work. FYI Some door handles you have to pull up not push down :)

The room was not super clean. The floor was dirty. It looked like it had not been vacuumed. There was a long dark hair on the one bed. The breakfast was really lacking. Would have been nice to have the option of waffles or even toast.

I really wanted to like this place….not bad in terms of overall cleanliness, staff was nice but our room stunk! It was supposed to be non smoking but the whole room reeked of old cigarettes which in turn made all of our stuff stink too. Not happy about that at all. The walls are very thin as well… not a complaint just an observation.

Worth the price

There was a kitty outside and I gave it a small drink of milk and a worker came out and grabbed it and gave me a dirty look.

The room wasn’t very clean, carpet was dirty and the room smelt like smoke. Bed was hard. Breakfast was decent. The shower was nice. Thin walls. People were slamming doors at 545 in the morning and it lasted till about 740

Stayed there for a week while on a business trip. Last 2 days of stay they “ran out of breakfast”. The floor was soaking wet around the fridge. Bath tub drain didn’t work, so tub wouldn’t hold water. Remote control quit working took them 3 days to replace it. Mirror fall off the wall when we walked into the room, notified night supervisor, claimed maintenance would fix it. They never did mirror ended up falling over and breaking and they tried to charge me for it. Had 2 adults and 2 children in the room and only 2 bath towels and refused to give us more. House keeping only cleaned room 2 times.

My door was hard to shut as I was trying to leave the facility, I reported it to a staff member and they were gonna call maintenance, other than that it seemed fine, some of the csr seemed a bit edgy with certain customers, I would predict it was because lack of help, mayb not enuff training, or just plain out need a break from the job, understandable all jobs are short of staff, and when staff or the same ppl are brought in day in and day out, they get tired and irritated

Breakfast was at the front door, limited selection and seating. Extremely noisy with people arguing (first night) people running around the rooms (second and third nights). Very confusing when the desk clerk told us how much we were charged-2 nights at the Expedia price and 2 nights at a much higher price.
