"We enjoyed a wonderful long, autumn weekend at the Bearfeet Retreat! The views of Adney Lake and the fall foliage were incredible, whether we were in the backyard sitting in an Adirondack chair or lounging inside and looking out the huge windows in the living room. The house itself was open concept but felt cozy and had more than enough space for our group of 5 (myself, my husband, our 1 year old Grandma & Grandpa) plus a dog. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and appliances, and we appreciated having access to all the board games, puzzles, cards, binoculars, etc. We can't wait to visit again! We'll try for the summer next time so that we can take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards."

"As Advertised!Beautiful property in the Crosslake area on Lake O Brian. 20 feet of water clarity and a very nice dock to sit and watch the sun come up. Cabin is rustic and screams up north cabin feel, place has absolutely everything u might need. Clean and cozy!Kip was a wonderful host with quick response time to questions and very accommodating. Would absolutely book with Kip again."

"Stunning cabin!! Incredibly thoughtful finishes throughout. The hosts spared no expense to ensure that guests enjoy their time at the property. The lake views are stunning from the main cabin, beautiful patio, and screened sitting room. The sauna was also fantastic! Perfect weekend at the most perfect cabin getaway."

"We were up there with 5 people and we had a great timeWe were rained out 1 day but used the 2 stall garage to play some bean bag toss ( cornhole ) game and just hang outCross Lake MN is a 6 minute drive away and the town has everything you could need from a grocery store to bars restaurants etc.We hope to go back next year"

"This is a high quality property which provided our family of 12 (3 generations) with a very comfortable and enjoyable week on a beautiful lake. We have rented many cabins over the years and this has been one of our best experiences. We do hope to find another week next year to return!"

"This rental exceeded our expectations (and our expectations were high). The space is larger than it looks on-line, with a good sized and very well-stocked kitchen (plenty of dishware, silverwear and cookware for both children and adults and basic kitchen essentials), a nice sized dining room table, a comfortable living room, a screen porch, and a nice game room set up in a remodeled double garage. Lots of nice extra touches---comfy beds and bedding, plenty of towels, a gift basket with homemade maple syrup, a high chair (they knew we were coming with a baby), plenty of games, a garage stocked with bikes and sport things, lots of canoes/rafts/paddleboards, fishing gear, life jackets (but bring your own for babies and toddlers), a great lilypad raft. The lake is clear, beautiful and feels very private. It doesn't have a swimming shoreline (somewhat rocky and weedy), but with the lilypad anchored just off the dock the kids (ages 2-6) had a great time jumping off of it in life jackets (and we could stand there to catch them), and the baby did great floating with one of us in a raft. We rented the pontoon for a day which was worth it, although we caught just as many sunfish from the dock."
