"This hotel was in a good central location for public transport, shops, cafes, bars, airport access and generally a great base to explore Salzburg city and the beautiful Salzkammergut region. It was clean and the breakfast options were fantastic with plenty of food choices. The room was quite warm despite the air conditioning being at the highest setting. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"My wife and I stayed here for a 3 night city break. The hotel is in a good location, close to the main railway station and bus terminal. We found the hotel communal areas to be very clean . All staff are polite and the breakfast is very nice. Our room was spacious and kept very clean. The hotel issued us with a bus pass for the duration of our stay , which made getting around very easy. Only one negative to feed back, I was shocked that only two bottles of water were supplied for a three night stay. I was told that I could purchase bottled water as only two were complimentary. Maybe , we have been lucky in our hotels in other parts of Europe. Thanks for a nice stay !"

" Very good experience, staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Allowed a very early check in and late checkout. Good selection of items for breakfast with option for freshly prepared eggs of your choice. Comfy bed, spacious bedroom, quiet. Highly recommended and would definitely return."

"We chose this hotel as it was close to the station. The room was lovely, staff were welcoming. Had a great couple of nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. Everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, I loved the special Austrian bread pudding. It’s a little walk into the old town from this hotel- about 15 mins but through the Mirabell Gardens so very pleasant. "
