"Bad experience. Dirt on my towel. Room blasting cold air when I arrived … in the middle of winter. Toilet roll holder broken. Was a 2 bedroom 2 story “room” but didn’t have a kitchenette or even a desk. Quite random really when I booked it for business purposes. Couldn’t get wifi. Was a walk from ..."

"Avery the Customer Service Manager was outstanding...very willing to please us...and he did...nice work Avery! The room was comfortable, however our only negative was the heating & cooling was centralised meaning we could not control the temperature for our room."
