Okay clean beds, , excellent front counter support from Courtney, good location for us. The old hotel does need refreshing tho.
Check in was easy, rooms are clean and very comfortable.
Being able to get a car park on site was also great and convenient.
Staff are lovely and very welcoming.

Staff very helpful and great location to get to things happening in the city. Dated and a bit shabby in the rooms.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is clean and comfortable and even though it isn't "top notch" it is my go to hotel and recommend it to my family and friends.
Have been staying here for years. Close to free public transport, staff are amazing. Car park is very small and fills up quickly.

Very clean and central to everything
Staff very professional
Rooms need refreshing as they are looking tired but overall would highly recommend
TV in the room needs to be replaced. Some times the picture didn’t work. The room was a bit of an odd setup. The parking was very tight and some spaces taken up by one car due to the tightness. Staff were great. Very clean.
