Welcome to Red Door at the Bay, located in the quiet street of Third Avenue, Glenelg East. This fully furnished single storey 2 bedroom unit with undercover onsite parking is only minutes from the centre of beautiful Glenelg and Glenelg Beach, both only a short walk away.
It is a perfect base for exploring Adelaide and environs, including the Adelaide Hills, beaches and wineries.
Red Door at the Bay is ideally located to take advantage of anyone wishing to utilise the closeness of public transport, tram or bus. Both are literally a 3 minute walk away. Leave your car under the carport, and use the excellent public transport to get around. The tram will take you direct to the Esplanade on Glenelg Beach or direct to the Adelaide Central Market, Rundle Mall, and leading all the way to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, passing the Adelaide Casino, and the Festival Centre. The Morphettville Racecourse is just two tram stops away. Adelaide Showgrounds are equally accessible, where spending Sunday morning at the Farmers markets is a must.
Whether you are relocating to Adelaide, working in Adelaide for a few days or a few months, visiting on holiday or enjoying famous Adelaide festivals, this unit is conveniently located. Amazing place to stay, so many things that helped like umbrellas, packing tape (to seal our shampoo and conditioner bottled), lovely bed, very comfy couches, internet TV but also DVDs (we left one we got from the op shop for the next person to share) and books (even a Calvin and Hobbs collection), full kitchen with everything we needed and the laundry even had a delicates washing bag! I have skin allergies and they had choosen Organic Care body wash and Earth Choice washing up liquid. A fantastic park about 100m away. Best dinner is always Seashells seafood resturant just off Jetty road down by the pier. We had great walks to Jetty Road several times a day (15 mins ambling along) and Gelnelg East tram stop at the end of the street. Jeff was amazing to communicate with. We will definitely book there mext time of available- chesper than where we usually stay across from the sirf club (which wanted 6x more per night this visit as the csr racing was on on Adelaide!!!) So we looked elsewhere and found this place which was so much better! Thank you Jeff!

Immaculate unit, spotless and well set up with everything you need. Lovely modern bathroom and all fully renovated. Heating would have been good for us coming from a hot climate but we coped. Located in a very quiet street with very quiet neighbours

Wonderful apartment close to the tram
We had a wonderful experience at Jeffrey’s place . Jeffrey was super communicative, and the apartment is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a beach stay. The playground is a block away, and a short free tram ride takes you right to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a great unit in an ideal location for a most reasonable price. Although compact, the unit has everything you need for a great stay, from the kitchen to the lounge room to the laundry. The location is very quiet. The host responds to communication very quickly, and he also leaves many brochures for guests to peruse and to get the most out of their stay. It’s a few minutes by car to Glenelg Beach, or a 20 minute walk if you’re worried about trying to get a park at the beach. Having a tram stop just a five-minute walk away was very convenient, as the tram goes directly into the city or down to Glenelg Beach.
