In the resort Callao Salvaje, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 100 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: swimming pool angular, heated (depth 60 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Supermarket 450 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, café 50 m, bus stop "Callao Salvaje" 600 m, sandy beach "Playa de Ajabo" 650 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Siam Park 13 km, Teide 59 km, Masca 30 km, Aeropuerto Sur 27 km, Playa Las Americas 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
