Only a few very lucky ones, who can afford this luxury, return to this beautiful Villa with private heated pool year after year, and no wonder, this Villa has everything to make your stay in Tenerife so memorable.



The area known as Bahia del Duque, where you find gorgeous sandy beaches, restaurants, night clubs, and yet very quiet and peaceful place at night time, with a possibility to relax and totally disconnect.



Only the most modern and high quality materials were used the construction of this Villa. The area of ​​the villa - 390 m2, total plot area with garden - 500 m2.



Large PRIVATE HEATED swimming pool, 7m long and 3.5m wide.



The house has 5 bedrooms, three large living rooms with a children's playground, dining room, 4 bathrooms, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with all the most modern appliances, barbecue area, a solarium, Internet Wi-Fi, TV with over 1,500 Channels (TV from UK, USA, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, etc).



The villa is designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 12 people.



Especially suitable for big families and/or groups of friends, of up to 12 people, for complete relaxation and enjoying Tenerife´s magic climate.



Air conditioning, alarm, outdoor surveillance, underfloor heating in the living room, all these have benn already installed in the House. There is also a real private bar in the lower living room.



The house is equipped with a very modern hi-tech styled furniture.



There is a private, indoor parking with a garage for 3 cars.



There is a BBQ for alfresco dining with ample sun loungers, patio table and chairs. Here, in an atmosphere of absolute tranquillity and privacy, you will be able to sunbathe under the warm Canarian sun, have a deep dive in the pool, cook delicious kebabs or Canarian-styled rabbit (Conejo al Salmorejo), or simply enjoy the beautiful Tenerife's climate.



There are number of spectacular terraces on the second floor, offering unforgettable views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera.

Amazing villa and comfortable for 10 of us this past week.Very clean rooms and pool area.Plenty of clean towels & beach towels for the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with more than enough glasses, utensils etc. Check in was made easy, Denis met us outside the property and showed us round the villa before leaving us the keys.The welcome gift of some cold drinks and fruit etc was a nice touch and provided us a perfect start to the family holiday.I've stayed in several villas on this complex and this was the best maintained. The location is perfect for the beaches, bars, restaurants and Del Duque Plaza.Look forward to returning later this year.
