The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.

The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.

The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.

The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;
- Toilette.

on the top floor there are:
- 3 bedrooms;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- wide shared terrace.

the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.

next to the kitchen there is an outside dining table with 6 dining chairs and a barbecue.

We had a terrific time staying at the beautiful Villa with our three children. They loved the outdoors area and the swimming pool was perfect as well as the ping pong table. The view from the Villa is breathtaking and the Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was up to standard and fully met our expectations. We hope to be back soon.

Excellent stay at a lovely property. Strongly recommend hiring a car for your stay as car travel is necessary to get into town/beach. However taxis are quite cheap.

We had a wonderful stay. Villa was perfect and just as described. Clean and the garden and pool was lovely. Beautiful views and great to be away from the noise of the main resort but only a 10/15 min drive. Will definitely be back.

Great Villa with good pool and plenty of sunshine through the day. Villa was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you could need. Host was very friendly and had good communication throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

Well what can we say just WOW!! Out first time in a villa and what better villa to stay in than this one. Very clean, everything you need to cook meals, pool more than big enough and was cleaned during our week stay. Outside space spacious and luxurious. Couldn’t fault any part of the villa. Communication with owner was immediate and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend and would stay again 😊😊

Really enjoyed our stay in this villa . We have stayed in a few villas in Tenerife but this was our favourite. Modern , very clean great pool and everything you need . Great communication with owner and even arranged extra night stay when delayed flight would highly recommend

Recently stayed here with a group of friends and the villa was just like the photos! It is ideal for a family or group of friends with lots of space and comes very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The check in and out process was super easy. The host is very friendly and willing to help should you need it. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!

Excellent spacious well equipped villa. Owner was very responsive to a few minor problems which were resolved very quickly. A car is a necessity as the villa is at the top of a very steep hill.

We have stayed before and my previous review goes into detail about how much I love this property. Nothing has changed, still perfect for us, a family with young children. The pool is so safe and ideal for little ones to play in. The host is always on hand to answer questions and is friendly and accommodating, even granting my request for an extra night at short notice, so helpful.

The villa is absolutely stunning and exactly as described in the listing. Really spacious, clean with an amazing pool and garden area. We had a small problem with the pool cover which was sorted out extremely quickly and professionally. The host couldn't do enough for us. Would definately recommend this property and hope to return.

We had an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is fully equipped. We enjoyed the lovely swimming pool with nice warm water. From the cozy balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood. In 10 minutes (by car) you can be at Playa del Duque, in our opinion the most beautiful beach in Tenerife. Contact with the owner could not have been better!

We stayed here in mid may and had a great time. Wished we had booked longer than 10 days as it went so fast. Villa is lovely and well equipped for everything you need. It was exactly as it was described on the advert. Ale checked in via phone to make sure we was ok and happy throughout our stay. We had no problems at all.
