A nice, quit and relaxing house and area - perfect for a family

Upon arriving it was easy locating the key and let ourselves in, the house was clean and everything of kitchen appliances was there. We enjoyed our stay here and had a lovely time! Recommend staying here!

Family Trip

Nice Villa, bit chilly in the evenings could have done with blankets to sleep with not sheets but over all lovely garden and pool. The sofa was very strange the seats hang off and couldn’t be pushed back so was very uncomfortable to seat on but we was out most of the evenings to affect us. Apart from that great stay.

Tenerife 2025

Generally ok but there were some minus/disadvantages inside. Mould on the kit edges by the bath, a loose toilet lid, too small coffee maker, no information available sightseeing, no welcome note, wooden chairs that felt sticky, kitchen is in need of renovation(dishwasher would be desirable). Outside, everything was fine. Nice place as a base for southern Tenerife, though.Pre; many restaurants within walking distance.

Tenerife getaway

We arrived at the villa after receiving prior checkin details, was straightforward and found it after Camilla sent us videos. The villa was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the surrounding area was quiet to sleep in, no disturbances at night. The area was close by to supermarkets and restaurants and was just a 10 minute walk away. The only downside to the property was that all 5 sunloungers were broken and very uncomfortable. Hope the management get new ones because we want to go back again. Had a throughly relaxing holiday and would book again.

Winter sunshine

Property exactly as advertised, in a nice residential area and just a short walk into the town. Easy to find using the directions given.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely use it again.

It was a beautiful villa. Disappointed there no satalite TV. No we didn’t have access to the safe for 4 days. We had to wash up in the bath for 4days until we got a plug for the kitchen sink

We stayed here for 1 week with 2 adults and 4 children aged from 4 to 10 and we had a fantastic time. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood close to shops, bars, restaurants and the sea. The pool looks small on the photos but was more than adequate for us all, It is quite deep, no children could touch the bottom so it's good for adults too. It costs around 15€ to get to most of the popular places like Siam park, Adeje and a couple of great beaches at golf Abama. The only thing that would make this place a bit better would be Aircon, having said that we all slept well for the full week. We would definitely come back here.

La casa está bien ubicada, la piscina y la barbacoa perfectos!Como detalle para otros inquilinos, yo dejaría más cubiertos, pastillas de lavadora por lo menos un par y un perchero en los baños para colgar las toallas.Lo demás genial!

Beschreibung

Das Appartement war gut. Leider waren die Betten etwas klein. In der Küche waren leider zu wenig Gläser. Da haben wir erstmal 4 Gläser dazu gekauft . Der Backofen hat nicht mehr so gut funktioniert, beim Benutzen hatten wir fast die Klappe in der Hand. Das Pool war super, groß genug und sauber.

Fijne vakantiewoning!

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke week in deze fijne vakantiewoning. De woning ligt in een rustige wijk vlakbij een (lava)strand en bij verschillende leuke restaurantjes. De tuin rondom de woning is heerlijk. Er is de hele dag zon, maar ook voldoende schaduw. Het zwembad is niet heel groot, maar wel lekker om in af te koelen. Je zou in huisje kunnen koken, maar de keuken is niet heel ruim en het aanwezige keukengerei is beperkt. Goede reden om lekker uit eten te gaan. Al met al een hele lekkere vakantie gehad.

Superbe maison, super emplacement

Tout est vraiment bien, mais gros problème de propreté dans la cuisine. La vaisselle était sale, ainsi que les couverts, le four, l’intérieur des armoires,…. Pas assez d’équipement : pas de ciseau, aucun plat, nous avons dû acheter des barquettes en aluminium… La cafetière est ridiculement petite…. Bref, super maison, mais manque d’entretien et d’équipement

Nicht ganz dass, was wir erwartet hatten.

Die Kommunikation des Anbieters war leider nicht so, wie man es gewohnt ist. Erst nachdem ich zwei Tage vor Anreise nachgefragt hatte, bekam ich eine ganze Liste mit notwendigen Angaben, damit wir den Zugangskey für die Schlüsselbox bekommen. Das war etwas ungünstig, da wir zu der Zeit schon auf Teneriffa im Norden waren und wir nun alles am Handy irgendwie hin bekommen mussten. Es dauerte so dann ca. 40min bis alles eingegeben war. Nun zum Haus selbst. Als wir vergangenes Jahr gebucht hatten, sollte der Pool beheizt und ein Mietwagen inklusive sein. Dieses Jahr war dann kein Auto mehr da und das beheizen des Pools sollte 30€ am Tag kosten. Das ist nun nicht ganz so prickelnd, denn auch diese Punkte haben schließlich dazu geführt, dass wir dieses Objekt gemietet haben. Das Haus selbst ist nett und der Pool war sauber und durch die aktuelle Wetterlage war ein beheizen des Pools auch glücklicher Weise nicht nötig. Leider fiel uns glich auf, dass die Küche nicht sauber war. Das Geschirr mussten wir erst mal alles spülen. Was jedoch gar nicht so einfach war, da es keinen passenden Verschluss für die Spüle gab. Also nach einer Schüssel geschaut. Es gibt genau eine! Dies Freitags an die Agentur gemeldet und Montags dann einen Verschluss bekommen, welcher mehr schlecht als recht funktioniert hat. Beim ersten Spülen gab es dann auch gleich Besuch von Kakerlaken aus dem Abfluss des Spülbeckens, welcher nicht wirklich enden wollte. Nach neun ungebetenen Besuchern war dann schließlich ruhe. Dies kam bei unseren Beiden Töchtern gar nicht gut an. Nachdem das Haus eigentlich für bis zu 6 Personen sein soll hebe ich mich etwas darüber gewundert, dass es nur einen kleinen Sonnenschirm gibt, mit dem es nicht möglich war genug Schatten für vier Personen an dem Tisch zu bekommen. Hier wäre eine Markise an der Hauswand perfekt gewesen. Auch mit den Liegen war es nur für zwei möglich einen Schattenplatz zu bekommen. Etwas unglücklich war noch, dass aktuell das Haus direkt daneben renoviert wird und wir dadurch ab 8 Uhr morgens Baulärm hatten.

Buenas vacaciones

Perfectas vacaciones en esta villa, mis niños han disfrutado como nunca. Mucha tranquilidad y bastante limpia, la piscina un lujo tenerla nada mas abrir la puerta del jardín, en la cocina no falta nada. Me voy muy satisfecho y espero volver en próximas vacaciones. Gracias

Très bon séjour

Nous étions trois amis et les trois chambres et deux salles de bain étaient très pratiques. La piscine et le coin salon de jardin sont très agréables. Camilla est disponible pour toute communication. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.
