Nice size room. Good breakfast buffet. Loved the indoor pool and turkish bath, but uncool with dirty towels lying round and lockers not working.

Great Hotel, Disappointing Food Service
This was a last-minute booking, selected primarily for its location, but offering comfortable accommodation which matched our needs. Had time permitted, it would have been nice to try the Leisure Facilities, but this was sadly not possible as our time was too short. We received a warm welcome at reception and check-in, in spite of the lateness of reservation, was efficient and effortless. On entering the allotted room, however, it was as if we were walking into a refrigerator, as the window had been left open with outside temperatures of around minus 2c. Luckily the receptionist agreed that this was unacceptable (as it would have taken too long to get comfortably warm at such a late hour) and we were given an alternative room which was warm, clean and comfortable; well furnished and with a TV screen hidden behind a mirror, plus a great shower. Advised that I was still in good time to eat in the restaurant, I went down for dinner and received incredibly disappointing service - the starter was served at the exact same time as the main; the main was not hot; the requested water wasn't delivered in spite of reminding the waiter. When advised that the kitchen would be closing after 15 minutes, the waiter then brought a bottle of water, followed by my requested coffee. Breakfast service was equally poor - seemingly a good selection but poorly replenished and a lack of tables prepared for customers. A good stay overall, but improvements needed in the restaurant.

Good for the Price!
Surrounding area is commercial but seems quiet enough. Room is OK but only ground floor rooms are non smoking. Restaurant was ok but a number of items on the menu were out of stock. Breakfast was adequate - nothing special but ok. Room was comfortable with good choice of TV channels. Hotel seems a little dark inside but that's just down to taste. All in all, good for the price.

Bad choice for business travelers
Parking is always full, you have to park your car in mud at an area nearby parking, my car was terribly dirty after using the parking 3 days. Non-smoking rooms are only on the ground floor, all rooms at higher floors are smoking, so basically the hotel is promoting "smoking" by allocating the best rooms to smokers. Everywhere on the world it I the opposite. It shows poor management capability. Very poor and slow wifi so if you are staying there for business and need to work on your laptop at evenings then it is not a hotel you should choose.

My laptop and mobile batteries went dead because I didn’t have adapter for the electric plug. The hotel manual says that you can ask the staff for an adapter. Apparently the hotel doesn’t carry adapters and the staff weren’t helpful at all in that. Anothet thing the coffee counter had no coffee

Location and Good hotel
We have stayed with Ramada Hotel many times and we like the location and hotel itself. The room is cleaned and the Front Desk Staff is friendly. Check in was quick and easy and the same for checking out. The Buffet breakfast was great. All in all everything is great! we definitely will stay with Ramada whenever we are in Sakarya. We recommended this hotel to others.

New and nice hotel and location is good
Check in was easy and it was good to see the hotel have floor for non smoking. The room in good size and clean and modern and have all the amenities needed like coffee makers and also the toiletries in the bathroom and slippers and robes. the Cafes is a plus and a restaurant on site is great for the guests who didnt want to leave the hotel. The rest is good and hope they can maintain to keep the hotel clean and especially the non smoking floor free from smoking guests.

Not recommended if you want a stay in a international Hotel. They seperate gender in their spa and pool facilities, serve no alkohol. At least they should mention it on their website then i would never book such a hotel. There should be free choices. Sharia. Poor service quality. There was heavy rains and the had not even an umbrella to offer. we were in the honeymoon suite and the cleaning staff made pictures of themselves in our room. ramada never again.

Daha iyisini beklerdim.
Konaklama bedelinin karşılığını verdiğini düşünmüyorum; pazar sabah kahvaltı saatinde elektrikler ve dolayısıyla su kesildi!!! Planlı bir çalışma yapılıyormuş jeneratör yoktu veya devreye almadılar, bu kesinti yaklaşık 45 dakika sürdü. Odalarda birşeylerden kısıldığı tasarruf edildiği çok hissediliyor, örneğin çift kişilik konaklamada bir adet diş fırçası, boş mini bar, karton bardaklar gibi. Düzeltilemeyecek eksikler değil umarım değerlendirmemiz dikkate alınır.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit optischen Fehlern.
Ein sehr gutes Ramada Hotel, Waren in der Presidial Suite, Art war sehr beeindruckend, leider müssen ein paar Sachen instandgesetzt werden, automatische Vorhänge funktionieren nur bedingt, Whirlpool war auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, an manchen Stellen war die Tapete ab, leider war das Bad nicht geräuschmäßig abgeschirmt, sodass der Whirlpool für schlafende im Bett sehr laut war. Aber sonst war alles gut, gerne wieder. Preislich auch top.
