The room was impeccably clean, modern and the level of service was truly refined.The staff were exceptionally attentive a standard of service you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Reception staff and bellboy Emre were outstanding. A special mention to Mihrap from housekeeping, whose professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional and elevated the entire experience."

"Mostly our stay was terrific. We loved the beautiful historic property and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Sibel, at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful as was the tall guy in the terrace bar (sorry I forgot his name; his English was very good). Unfortunately, the crazy loud music until 23:30 from the rooftop bar was just plain unacceptable. Even with our windows closed we couldn't sleep. I can only imagine how awful it is for the neighborhood. This hotel needs to decide if it wants to be a lovely historic hotel or a rave (aka dance party). Such a shame because it's really a lovely old property with great staff."

"Breakfast decent with good variety, no option of omelette though. Staff very good, proactive and helpful. Room clean and large. Lovely views of the Seyhan River and Sabancı Mosque from the restaurant. Hotel located next to shopping centre (AVM) so plenty of food options. Good stay overall."
