"The house was great. It was very clean and had what we needed. The deck area was nice. We enjoyed the birds and watching a squirrel build a nest. We are seniors so it was a little difficult to get down to the dock for us."

"The property is beautiful with an amazing view of Grand Lake! Ask host for best directions as there was a lot of rain the night before our trip and gps directions led us to three closed roads. If you are bringing a boat, make arrangements for launch prior to arriving at the property as the last portion of the trip is a dirt and rock road with very limited space to turn around a trailer. There is no lake ramp access at the house. Host had great communication and was very kind. Kitchen is well...

"Check in was a snap. Facility worked great for our families. Comfortable beds. Only issue with various kitchens was silverware was scattered between them. One had no knives, but found them in another kitchen. lol. Would have liked more kitchen towels. Lake access great. All around a great facility for our 6 different families. "
