  • ALL PETS MUST BE ADDED TO RESERVATION.

    Experience Disney like a local in this 2-bedroom cottage. The cozy space features 1 king bed, 1 full daybed with twin trundle, perfect for a small family. Enjoy the convenience of rock crawling, boating or spending time in the lake or hot tub. Our place will help you feel at home while you're on Grand Lake. Please note it is a rural area with tiny towns and not much to do unless you boat, swim or crawl.
    Have big rigs or boats? Don't worry...trailer parking is a few driveways down at Mountain Mama's fenced and monitored 3 acres lot. There are 2 security cameras at Tia Juana Cove, one facing the driveway and parking area and another on the boat dock covering all 3 slips. Please ADD pets to reservations. No trailers at the Cove. 2 car limit but extra parking at Mountain Mama's.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay.Property is well equipped, clean and simple. Owner is very responsive to any questions we had. Only thing that would've made our stay better would have been if we had our own boat to explore the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome View of the lake!

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway—we absolutely loved it! The view is fantastic, and its location just outside of town means you can avoid the traffic during events at Disney. Plus, Eric is great to work with, making the whole experience even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Eric!

It was a great spot for a lake stay. The dock is in a pretty quiet cove, which makes for good swimming and peaceful fishing. Supplies in the kitchen are more than adequate for easy cooking. There is a drip coffee pot and one for K-cups. The main room and one of the bedrooms had air conditioning, but by leaving the door open in the other bedroom it started plenty cool as well. The driveway to get down to the cabin is pretty steep, so be prepared for that. The check-in time was updated to 3pm and check-out was moved to 10am.

We truly loved our stay at this lake house and part of me is hesitant to rave about it because we’d love to keep it a little hidden gem for our next visit lol The sunshine & sunset’s were beautiful! We fished off the dock and floated our days away in our big raft. Thanks again!

Great time, clean, comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with a King bed and Full/queen with trundle bed in 2nd bedroom. Easy access to water and dock with stairs and walkway. Great views!

What an excellent stay I experinced here! The hosts had the place totally rrady and even specially decorated for the Holiday season! They were very welcoming and very accommodating for anything I needed. The home and property were VERY relaxing. It felt very private and like it was all my own for the time there. I can say with confidence I will.be back to visit this place again!!
