"Excellent place to stay, staff were friendly, pool was open 24/7. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would have liked different would be if cutlery and plates/bowls were provided. We went to the Albertsons, two minutes away, and bought some so it wasn't the end of the world. Am definitely planning on returning as they clearly care about the clientele."

"This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Check-in time was 4 pm, rooms were not ready, so we had to stay at the hotel lobby until 6:30 pm, with 2-year-old. So lazy river was closed at 5 pm so that day is gone. Rooms were so dirty, carpets were so dirty with food stains and had a very bad smell. Room had lots of small bugs I called the hotel and they said they don’t have other rooms available. Someone came and cleaned the bugs but still were there. Parking area had a garbage smell. That hotel needs major renovation; everything is very old. It’s not safe for small kids. "

"I've stayed at plenty of Embassy Suites over the years and unfortunately, this hotel was one of my least favorites. While the exterior of the hotel was nice, the inside of each unit was a different story. The bathrooms were extremely small and in not great shape. It was clear that the ceiling had experienced some leaks as the paint had bubbled and sagged and there were holes in the paint where the liquid had been drained. There was rust and holes in the wall throughout. One of the worst parts about this is the structural integrity of the building itself. We were in a ground floor room and when the guests above us came home for the night, EVERY single step they had upstairs was accompanied with a *thud* as well as creaks in the floor. And it is not an exaggeration when I say EVERY SINGLE STEP was met with a thud/vibration as well as a creaking. Imagine this late at night as well as early early in the morning when your room is otherwise dead silent. The breakfast at this location was also the worst I've ever experienced at an Embassy Suites. The only hot food items they had available were scrambled eggs and potatoes. The omelette line was always at least 10-15 people deep and at 3-5 minutes per omelette, there was no way I was going to stand in line for 45 minutes for one. One of the pros was that the hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. But other than that, the stay as a whole was unfortunately met with disappointment after disappointment. "

"Pictures of the place make it look better than it is. This place is tiny. The refrigerator is an absolute joke. The freezer is filled with frost and the freezer door is missing. Be prepared to bring your own ice."

"The Spectrum TV system didn’t work properly on any of the three TVs. We spent hours on the phone with Spectrum and they finally sent out a technician to fix them. There were NO instructions on how to set the thermostat or how to use any of the appliances. I called the owner twice about the TVs and appliances and she didn’t know anything. I had to call Samsung to find out how to reset the washing machine to get it to work. It was very frustrating and stressful! Also, no kitchen table and very limited seating in living room."

"Comfortable clean bed and plenty of space. Glass wear and cooking pans could be looked at for upgrade but we made due. Pool was chilly so only used on the 4th day after consecutive 100 degree plus days and only in sun. But it was clean and good for a quick dunk. If you like to eat out there is plenty of options in walking distance. Great place. "

"The hot tub was plenty warm. The room was standard Holiday Inn fare. The breakfast was fine, but refilling empty options quicker when the dining room is busy would be appreciated, especially in such cramped quarters. "
