Room was spacious and modern. However walls are thin and you can hear the people next door coughing. Room amenities not well maintained (the ironing board I had could barely be brought up to full height). Opal tower is a 5 min walk from lobby and not convenient. Rideshare stand also not convenient

The hotel is not new and updated with 21rst century technology in mind(not enough plugs for phones and watches)but for the location and the friendliness of the staff in a large metropolitan city it was nice to come back from your day out site seeing and have the front desk staff say “Welcome back” and as you were leaving “Have a good day.” I liked that our room was cleaned every day and not at the housekeepers schedule. The lobby is comfortable especially if you are in one of the smaller rooms it is a place to spread out watch TV, read or talk with others.

We had a great stay at Ink 48 in New York City. The hotel has a really cool, modern atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, especially for a New York City hotel.
One of the best things about Ink 48 is the location. It's close enough to everything we wanted to do in Manhattan while being just far enough away from the busiest areas to feel a little more relaxed. The rooftop views are also fantastic—you get an incredible view of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at Ink 48 again. Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and some of the best views in the city. Highly recommended!
