"Definitivamente no regreso, según podíamos pedir servicio al cuarto y ni los teléfonos servían, en una habitación no había agua fría, tuvo qué ir el de mantenimiento y, qué incómodo es eso, en otra habitación no había secadora, no ponen shampoo, ponen 2 jaboncitos que ni espuma hacen, cuando reclamé la primera vez el Sr dijo ser solo un empleado y no podía hacer nada, el gerente jamás intervino y la Sra de recepción solo dijo que " Una disculpa y ya" creo no es una respuesta a un huesped al cual...

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel San Miguel. The receptionist, Cece, was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive always available to assist with anything I needed. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep, and the hotel offers a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. I highly recommend Hotel San Miguel and would gladly stay here again."
