The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. But it was cold and the thin blanket wasn’t enough. We turned the heat up but the air was dry it was uncomfortable so we turned it off and wore our sweatshirt and sweat pants.

Overall was good. Room was clean and the service was good. But If we are informed in advance that there will be a charge for using the room's internal phone to contact the front desk or for services, we will not use it and would rather simply go to the front desk in person to inquire.
