Purdy Lodge
My room had recently been re-decorated and still smelt a little of emulsion. This is a very convenient stop off on the A1. The rooms face away from the road and there is very little traffic noise. I had an nice meal at a reasonable price.

Not luxury or outstanding as per previous reviews. Tired and in need of a deep clean. Bedding covered in dog hair, curtains hanging down and dining room chairs awful.
