"Magnificent setting on beautiful Ill River. Beautiful suite with everything one could ask for. Each and every member of the staff was professional, warm and helpful. The dining, especially the incredible Auberge de l'Ill restaurant and the beautiful breakfasts overlooking the Ill were spectacular. We will remember this experience forever!"

"Beautiful place, newly reconstructed. No room service / no room cleaning during the stay, but amazing linen bed sheets. Unconvincing dialogs with the owners... 3 Danes (big dogs) running around. The scheme of breakfast need to change, now it is in style "do you want this, do you want that?"... no smorgasbord... Luxurious Italian restaurant inhouse. "

"We checked in very late, just about midnight! The check in reception was very efficient, his spoken English was excellent and he explained everything in detail without fuss and the process took no time at all, which we were grateful for having just completed a 14 hour drive! "
