Quiet village, new hotel

Beautiful place, newly reconstructed. No room service / no room cleaning during the stay, but amazing linen bed sheets. Unconvincing dialogs with the owners... 3 Danes (big dogs) running around. The scheme of breakfast need to change, now it is in style "do you want this, do you want that?"... no smorgasbord... Luxurious Italian restaurant inhouse.

Ótima opção para quem deseja uma base para explorar a região da Alsácia. Hotel novo com excelente restaurante italiano. O café da manhã poderia melhorar com opções para os hóspedes, mas no geral é muito bom hotel.

Relais de chasse très joliment et récemment rénové que ce soit les chambres ou le restaurant. Quelques finitions à parfaire cependant (fuite sous l’évier, odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain, éviers trop petits, pas de table de nuit). Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant gastronomique du lieu même si le démarrage du service n’était pas au top (pas de description du plat, ni du vin servi sans l’avoir goûté au préalable), ce qui a été rattrapé en milieu de service. Un gros bémol sur l’accueil : cruel manque d’explications sur le concept du lieu que ce soit sur expédia ou à l’arrivée. Personnel stressé, nous n’avons été accueilli que par une personne et n’avons pas été présentés à Manon et Lucas. Nous avons senti la volonté de bien faire mais cependant la pression était palpable et franchement malaisante. Les suppléments demandés pour plusieurs choses sont également étonnant et irritant. Très joli concept mais qui a besoin de maturation.
