"very clean hotel and very welcoming staff. The location is great and the pool was really refreshing. the view over the airport was fun and great to see the sunsets. a relaxed vibe all round and just a good spot. The staff were very helpful. The aircon was a delight as well! Breakfast was a little lacking in the selection - for a vegan there is a limited choice, but the onsite Skybar has a great selection of food and drinks for all times. Plus the view is amazing."

"By far the best thing was the staff. The largely seasonal workers were fantastic - always smiling, attentive and well trained. The resort itself was beautifully maintained and one really didn't to leave the complex as the private beach, pools,bars and restaurants were plentiful. One final thing was the spa massage; best I have had!"

"We had a good one night stay before flying home. We were able to check in before 3pm which was helpful on a hot day. The pool area is modern and spacious with plenty of seating options, albeit with a fairly expensive pool bar for food/ drinks there are 2 or 3 shops in easy walking distance. Hotel is right by the 2a bus which goes to the old town and the plane watching spot down the road. There is a bus stop right outside so do stay on the bus and dont take the advice or google maps and walk up the tricky path a few stops earlier! The room was okay, a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and had a large balcony. There is a fridge but it is very old and was not working well. Shower was excellent and spacious. Breakfast was fine as we have seen throughout the area but did the job. Price a little high for the room overall but able to stay in the hotel or pool area until our flight and store luggage in the hotel which was very helpful! Would stay again if a bit cheaper. Also good views of the airport runway if plane spotting is for you!"

"This hotel was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay before departing to the port the following morning. We arrived around 7pm and the lady checked us in swiftly. The team also helped us to arrange a taxi in the morning which arrived within 2 minutes of calling and was €15 to the port to travel to Albania. A flat 25/30min walk to old town was very easy from here so we could get some food and look around. This was an easy walk from the airport and was good value for money. The only negative was the shower was very small and tricky to use but worked well and was fine for one night!"

"Here’s a polished review you could post: We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Lena Mare Hotel in Corfu and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. The rooms were excellent—spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, which was clearly a priority for the team. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. It is easy to see why Lena Mare has received so many positive reviews over the years. Having now stayed there ourselves, we can honestly say that every one of those reviews is thoroughly deserved. Thank you to everyone at Lena Mare for making our stay so memorable. We would not hesitate to return and will certainly be recommending the hotel to family and friends."
