"There was no airport shuttle service which was very frustrating. The staff had no idea such a thing was supposed to happen and when asked why their emails and calls weren ’t answered he feigned ignorance about the whole situation. Had to book bolt ride to the hotel as it was getting late. So disappointed! ..."
