The rooms are clean and well kept but the pool area definitely needs maintenance. As soon as we got in the pool we stepped on garbage on pool floor. The towels haven't been updated since 20 years ago. The pool towels were so thin, worn out and had stains on them.

El hotel está lleno de cucarachas, me cambiaron de habitación y nuevamente me salieron cucarachas en la torre princesa. El personal parece que te hace un favor, súper groseros en recepción, no me dieron ninguna solución. La comida horrible, nada recomendable ya no es lo que alguna vez fue.

Excelente atencion en recepción por parte de la Srita Brenda. Al hotel le falta mucjo mantenimiento y mejorar la calidad de insumos. En cuanto a la limpieza suficiente. Mal servicio em restaurante y creo es falta de personal y capacitación.

De entrada pedí cuarto con vista al mar y me dieron en el primer piso solo veía una alberca me tapaba todo el techo de la alberca . La playa es horrible llena de gente que no está en el hotel, la gente aparta camastros se van 4 horas a la playa y regresan a sus lugares de alberca y x lo mismo no había lugar, al final me dijeron q tenía q pagar un fee del hotel. Los elevadores lentísimos y hay muy pocos para la cantidad de gente q había.

La atención no es tan buena cuando el hotel está lleno, el elevador no funcionó 3 días y si impacta mucho pues tuvimos que usar las escaleras; me encanta el hotel pero esta vez si nos dejó mal sabor el servicio prestado

El hotel está muy bonito, tiene varias albercas, acceso a la playa. La comida no me gustó tanto, creo que pueden mejorar y les hace falta cajero automático, las dos veces que quise retirar dinero no tenía el cajero y era ATM, podrían considerar tener de perdido dos o tres cajeros de bancos. La atención del personal de recepción atenta . El sábado 15, había muchas personas hospedadas y la espera en el restaurante para que sirvieran la comida fue de una hora y media. ……………,…. …..

Nos dijeron que era pet friendly y nos cobraron 1000 pesos diarios por un cachorro de 3 meses y no nos dejaban comer en ningún lado con el perro que no fuera terraza y fue muy discriminatorio. No saben lo qué es ser pet friendly ni tratar a sus clientes
