The staff was great. The food and bar was ok. Was clean but the room was so small it was difficult to move around with the walker. The beds were ok but the linen and towels were gray,they were very old and nasty looking. The color of the towels were supposed to be white, but they were so old they looked like they cleaned the floors with them. Not very impressed about this place.

I made my reservation thru expedia for 3 days, which per them my creditcard was charged. So I was asure i had a room reserved. I couldn't get there on the day of the reservation due to an emergency. I called the hotel and I explained my situation they said no problem but we need to change you card for this missing day which I agreed. I showed the next day and they said my reservas canceled because I didn't show. I told her I called and the guy I spoked to said it was OK. Long story short, I couldn't get my room back because it was already reserved by someone else and they didn't have anymore rooms available. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I traveled from California to Acapulco and I end up with no place to stay. Horrible service both this mishol bodas hotel & expedia.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, es perfecto para ir a descansar y asolearse un poquito. Cuenta con playa y la alberca está muy bien, limpio. En cuanto a la ubicación, está alejado de todo, lo cual se debe preveer en caso de que se requiera comprar algún nsumo, de lo contrario, tendría que consumirse todo en el hotel. Cuenta con una tiendita pero, es más de souvenirs y refrescos. Elegí este hotel por la cercanía a un jardín de bodas. El servicio fue bueno, no podría decir que fue excelente porque tuve un inconveniente con uno de los meseros. Fue muy grosero y prepotente, lo cual hizo pasar a mis acompañantes y a mí un momento muy desagradable, sin embargo, aún así recomiendo el hotel, sólo deben de poner más atención en el servicio que brinda su personal.

La habitación bien, el personal amable muy buena vista al mar alberca buena bonita limpia. Lo que no me gustó que dejan entrar con animales pero junto a mi cuarto dejaron a un perro encerrado y todo el tiempo ladraba, si los llevan es porque van a estar con ellos y la cama yo creo tenía pulgas porque amanecimos bien picoteados. El restaurante un poco elevados sus precios.

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente. La limpieza y todo lo único que no me encantó es que si tiene detalles como el baño algo incómodo para abrir y cerrar la puerta es demasiado pequeño. Además que el día que iniciaron a hacer su mantenimiento a las luminarias demasiado temprano y hacían mucho ruido, todo lo demás excelente.
