I am appalled due to my experience with this place. The arrival was so nice, I loved being surrounded by nature and the cabins are super cute, then I get to my room. It was nice, but no ac only fans. My sheets were never changed during my stay there. I never got my dirty towels removed from my room and replaced with new ones. I asked about that and they said they only change sheets and towels every 3 days. I stayed exactly 3 nights but I have NEVER been to a hotel that has that policy, that’s gross. On my second to last day there after getting my room cleaned an animal somehow got into my room and pooped on the bathroom floor. Yes POOP! It looked like maybe dog poop and then I also found traces of rat poop. I am traumatized. I asked for my money back and that I would rather sleep in the airport with these conditions. They offered me a change of room since a refund was not possible. That new room also got a critter or iguana that got in somehow and yes you guessed it, pooped in the shower floor. I have pictures and videos of everything. The morning I am leaving this new room I wake up to a wet floor, a leak happened over night due to the storm. I will never step foot into this facility every again in my life. Never will I recommend this place to anyone. Yoga classes require at least 2 ppl to actually have a class. That is NOT disclosed on the website. I am beyond disgusted and upset to say the least.

increíble lugar para “relajarse”, rodeado de mucha vegetacion, las cabañas son muy comodas, el cenote es ideal para nadar y refrescarse.
Todo hubiera sido excelente! Pero desafortunadamente ese fin de semana en el restaurante de a lado se realizo una boda que nos hizo imposible dormir esa noche por el ruido, terminó a las 5 de la mañana y un joven de la fiesta en estado de ebriedad trato de abrir nuestra cabaña.
Se que es ajeno al jardín secreto, pero creo que deberían avisar de este tipo de eventos.
De allí en fuera todo fue excelente, el staff muy amable siempre
