Es un hotel muuuy descuidado, el elevador es muy inseguro, la alberca es mucho más pequeña que en las fotos, programan el aire acondicionado desde que llegas y se llevan el control, la tina no funciona no puedes llenarla, esta despostillada, te cobran 150 pesos de estacionamiento y si sacas tu auto, no respetan tu lugar, hasta que no reclamas en recepción, la realidad es que es un hotel con muchas áreas de oportunidad, tiene muy buena ubicación y una vista muy bonita, pero jamás volveré a ocuparlo.

Desagradable experiencia

Desagradable, pague en efectivo más aparte de lo que había pagado en la empresa de viajes, por que me dieron una habitación obscura, olor a humedad vista a unas piedras y personas tomando en plena calle. Y me cambiaron a otra por una cantidad muy significativa pero como en la.empresa donde contraté este servicio no contestan los números que tiene en internet y por no perder mi reservación ni mi dinero tuve con mucho enojo aceptar, en la habitación el barandal le faltaban barrotes, los focos no prendían y nunca los cambiaron solo servían 2, olor a humedad sucio el.baño. La alberca sucia el agua muy turbia, camastros muy sucios e inservibles, todas las instalaciones en mal estado. Pero en los lrededores del hotel todo muy cerca de todos precios, 2 oxxo cerca. Muy céntrico todo. Restaurantes. Si el hotel lo arreglaran sería excelente opción.

instalaciones muy viejas, deterioradas, no son como las fotos que presentan en la publicidad. A nuestra llegada no encontraban mi reservacion, el baño de la habitacion no estaba limpio (hasta cabellos en el wc), la caja de "seguridad" no funcionaba. Para nuestra desagracia el hotel esta justo a un antro y las noches que pasamos tuvimos que soportar el escándalo hasta las 4 o 5 a.m.

las imágenes que muestra son de 30 años atrás por que nada que ver con el hotel. de los 3 elevadores solo sirve 1 y es de terror ,si llueve ninguno sirve, no para en todos los pisos jajajajaja. los barandajes están despegados . se supone el restaurante es en medio del hotel cosa que no es así por que no dan servicio y el de afuera no tiene clima solo sirve 1 ventilador. en la habitación solo tienen 7 canales de tele abierta la tele es de bulbos. la cama es de piedra igual que el colchón . en fin el hotel es bueno por que esta frente a la zona de antros ,si van en plan de solteros o pareja esta bien para dormir pero plan familiar es una tortura.

Muy mal Tortuga

El hotel esta en total decadencia, instalaciones muy viejas y muy inferior para el precio q cobran , el elevador pesimo, cualquiera dia les da un susto, el gran problema el aire acondicionado, nunca enfrio y con los demas inquilinos platicando coincidimos que es el gran problema, los mismos trabajadores del hotel dicen q el dueño ya no le quiere meter dinero, el agua de baño con muy buena presion, taza del baño, parece los q usan en los baños publicos o terminales de autobuses, nunca regresare a menos q me cobren 100 pesos por noche y creo q aun asi lo pensaria, pesimo pesimo pesimo...

No lo recomiendo

Mal servicio, quería no opinar mal del hotel pero no hay forma de defenderlo. Las personas que atiende no son muy amables pero en general el hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento, los cuartos huelen a humedad, los baños no están en buenas condiciones, la cama no está limpia, los muebles se ven desgastados. No lo recomiendo y menos si cambio en plan familiar.
